Introduction

MJ Property Group was a property deal sourcing company; this involved searching and negotiating for properties to sell on to investors. They helped investors spot property opportunities and found properties under a specific deal/price or properties with a good ROI.

MJ Property group wanted to improve their brand and online presence with a website to showcase their services and property-based training material. Their main focus was to grow their mailing list and increase their network of property professionals to send deals to.

Strategy

Alongside a modern website design, MJ Property Group wanted to build their list of connections to market their services with Email Marketing & Facebook Ads; it was paramount their new website was built to satisfy this.

The team at MJ Property Group were primarily focused on:

  • Building their mailing list so that when they find a good deal they can send it to everyone on the list.
  • Selling training resources to help educate people wanting to get into property.
  • Create a modern website that allowed them to promote their service pages and training via Facebook adverts.
  • Showcasing their professional accreditations and insurance details.

Outcome

I built MJ Property Group a new and easy-to-use responsive website with a crisp and clear design. Their website was built and enhanced with SEO optimized content to support every page and section on their website including their service page which was further considered for Facebook ADs quality score.

The new website also considered:

  • Functionality that allowed email forms that sync with their database on MailChimp, working hand in hand with their Facebook ADs campaign.
  • A landing page that was created for their training materials page where users could download content.
  • A chat bot / live chat feature which was a boost for their user experience allowing the team to respond directly to their customers.
  • A user-friendly CMS & built with Elementor – a straightforward, live front-end editor that allowed the team to add or update information on the site after the initial website launch.
